We use Manny for all 10 of our north park and hillcrest units. Manny is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable and has provided services to us for 10 years. As a property owner manager I take comfort that Manny is just a phone or text away when one of our tenants has a plumbing issue. He does not up charge and provides his services at a very reasonable price.

UPDATE… I’m STILL CALLING MANNY!!! If you’re calling the white glove guys or that pink truck woman? I know why your pipes are clogged… because you’re flushing your money down the toilet!!! 😂. Those places spend millions on advertising and pass the costs on to you, save yourself some time and money and call Manny!!!! He’s the REAL DEAL!!! I’ve known Manny for over 15 years. If you read one review about any plumber. This is it. If it can be done? Manny can do it. I’ve had countless plumbers before and since tell me they can’t do a job or can’t get to it right away. Manny? He’s VERY busy because he’s very good, great value to price, and I’m willing to wait in line before calling my 2nd or 3rd string plumber. BUT if it’s a 911 emergency of broken pipe or there is NO emergency turn off lever/valve? (All this and more have happened to me in 20 years of property management) Manny will fix it IMMEDIATELY!!! He’s run 4” ABS under my spider infested crawl spaces, he’s connected trenches my street connect through deep bushes, he’s tightened and reset 40+ toilets that come loose at the ring or have bad valves in the flush bowl, but my favorite Manny Stories are his hydro jet. Other plumbers might know how to RENT or borrow a hydro jet, but Manny OWNS A HYDROJET!!! Has a crane and everything to lower it down and clean out the nastiest of clogs, plugs and tree roots from your damn neighbors. He has a camera and a locator to track where pipes are. He’s got it all in a one shop call. I don’t like calling the chain franchises. Hit and miss and always a different face. Once you call Manny Once? You’ll put up his magnets and share his callers with every friend and coworker you have. He’s small enough to fit anywhere, has the tools do do anything and has enough ganas to fix even your 200+ foot gas pipe runs. Old or new, give Manny at Ace Rooter a try and you’ll know why, he’s the Southbay’s best plumber!
